It all starts with the bees and beekeepers, of course – and much of our time is spent dealing with and understanding the challenges faced by beekeepers.
Once we have sourced (only Australian) honey it is visually inspected and, if it is Manuka, we have the MGO (or methylglyoxal) levels independently verified by NATA accredited laboratories. Everything we do, all our systems and processes to do with “Quality Assurance” are guided by FSSC 22000, a wide ranging and very demanding set of standards and requirements that are well recognised by professionals within the food industry.
We also have certified organic products in our range, meaning we are regularly externally audited to verify our compliance with organic certification.

It doesn’t end there though, we are also Halal and Kosher accredited and again subject to audits to ensure we are compliant with the relevant standards.
